Bianca\u00a0is a dedicated Service Manager at Kindminds, committed to fostering collaboration, learning, and growth within her team to achieve the best possible outcomes for participants. With a Bachelor of Social Science, majoring in Psychology, she brings both academic insight and practical expertise to her role.
Over the past 15 years, Bianca has gained extensive experience across out-of-home care, child protection, mental health, community services, homelessness, and family and domestic violence. This breadth of experience equips her with deep knowledge, strong advocacy skills, and a participant-centered approach to care.

Aidan has worked in the Community Services sector for over 15 years, with experience in out-of-home care, disability support, and coordination of support. He has also founded and managed services in this space, driven by his passion for supporting people with disabilities and their networks. Aidan values the meaningful relationships built with participants and feels privileged to walk alongside them through both the highs and the challenges they may face.

Elle has been with kindminds since the beginning – with over 11 years experience in the community service sector overall. Elle has spent the last 6 years as a support coordinator, and is well versed in managing complex care needs. Elle has also earned a Diploma in Youth Work and Diploma in Community Services. Her experience provides her with extensive knowledge on local government, NGO and NDIS services.\u00a0<\/p>

For the past six years, she\u2019s focused on early intervention and paediatric care, especially supporting children from non-English speaking backgrounds. Prue works closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services, build strong relationships, and ensure consistent, client-focused support. With a background in both the NDIA and support coordination, Prue has a solid understanding of how to deliver collaborative, practical, and compassionate care. With lived experience of AuDHD, Natalie brings genuine passion and empathy to her role as a Support Coordinator. She holds a Bachelor of Arts\/Bachelor of Teaching (Secondary), a Master of Special and Inclusive Education (with Distinction), and a Certificate III in Individual Support. Natalie spent 15 years teaching in specialist alternative education settings and has two years of experience as a Disability Support Worker, including a leadership role in Supported Independent Living (SIL).
